He was organized, clear, and helped keep it simple so it did not turn into a neighborhood negotiation marathon. And the gates. Joe (the owner) custom built my gates on site, and they are solid. Really happy with the work that was done. The craftsmanship is solid and the fence came out exactly how we were hoping. Everything is straight, clean, and well finished. Communication was great from start to finish the owner stayed in touch and the crew knew exactly what needed to be done.
